Your personalized wedding invitation website remains active and live on our servers for up to one month after your wedding date. Following this period, the link will expire, and your customized data and media files will be securely archived or deleted from our active databases.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Invite Planet, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your digital wedding invitation. Because our products are highly customized digital services, we have structured our refund policy to be fair to both you and our design team.

1. Cancellation Before Final Delivery (Eligible for Refund)

We understand that wedding plans can change unexpectedly.

To request a cancellation, please email us at contactinviteplanet@gmail.com or reach out via with your order details before we finalize and send your live link.

2. After Final Delivery (Non-Refundable)

Once the final digital invitation link has been built, customized with your details, and delivered to you, we cannot issue a refund.

Since the final product is a customized digital service that has already been executed and delivered, it cannot be “returned.”

3. Unlimited Corrections / Edits

To make sure you get exactly what you want, we offer support for corrections (such as typo fixes, venue changes, or photo replacements) during the design process and before your link goes live. If there is a mistake on our part, we will correct it immediately.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your cancellation request is approved (prior to final delivery), your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
